Subscriber base Telecom Operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced
about the revision of Pulse rate for Local/STD calls matured from BSNL fixed
line of Rural and Urban areas.
On PAN India basis, BSNL has revised the
pulse duration of Local/STD outgoing calls matured from BSNL Fixed Line of
Rural/Urban areas to other Operator’s Landline (including WLL fixed). The
existing pulse rate of 180 seconds for the calls matured to other network Fixed
/WLL (except 10 digit numbers) has been revised to 120 seconds as
follows.
The above revised new pulse rate
shall be applicable for all Normal Landline and Broadband Services customers in Rural and Urban
areas of all BSNL Circles across India, and the other terms and conditions of
Landline shall remain as same.
In View of Rationalization and recent revision of call rates of General plan in Rural areas, BSNL has decided to withdrawn the Fixed line (Landline) Gramin – 75 plan which was available for Rural Area customers. The existing customers of Gramin -75 Rural plan shall be migrated to corresponding General Plan of the area.
The new revised Pulse rate for Local/STD calls matured from BSNL fixed line of Rural and Urban areas and withdrawn of Rural Gramin – 75 Plan has been implemented with effect from 01-12-2013.
